When I get my kitchen, I want to have an array of carafes and pitchers. It'd be so fun to have fresh juice in the morning and have it in a pretty container. I could switch it up whenever I want to.
Haha. Hahaha. I think that pitchers are awesome too. But short funny story. My sister Phoebe got married in 1998 and my mom thought it would be cool to get a few pitchers to put on the tables and arrange flowers in them for centerpieces, so she started collecting. And after the wedding, the collecting never stopped. Somehow the word got out that my mom had a new hobby. So I think that she now has somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 pitchers. Fifty. Pitchers. AND she has gotten rid of some over the years. She has to rotate them in and out of storage so that they're not just sitting around being unused.
So be careful... I think she might have too many ;)
I love pitchers. They truly do inspire one to grab a bunch of lemons and make lemonade! We had our long weekend last week here in BC, but I still plan on doing a heck of a lot of nothing. Have a good one!
