Our Halloween consisted of a fabulous dinner party hosted by the lovely Cousin Linsday and Ms. Kayti and wonderful company to go along with it! Pictures were posted on Emily's blog as well.
Cole was a dragon/monster thing for his first Halloween. I feel like it was a successful costume because a. it was all one piece b. it was warm. Thanks to reader Bree who saw my hopes for a dragon costume on this post and ever-so-kindly suggested I try Crazy 8 (a Gymboree partner). It's a kids clothing store that had a similar costume priced a fraction of the cost of the one I posted about. I went into the store and the costume was one SALE, so I snatched it up asap!
As for Matt and I, I was Coraline and Matt googled "last minute Halloween costumes" an hour before the party and came up with a refrigerator magnet...typical Matt!

Chelsea and a guy friend (not pictured) came over earlier that day to receive their Halloween suckers that I made them, too!

c. I think Matt and Dave were cut from the same cloth. The most costumed I've ever seen Dave was one Halloween that he wore an eye patch.
