These look like Belgian cookies I loved growing up... minus the stripes. I've never made them, but if they are the same thing they are worth the effort! YUM We called them cigars :) but I don't know what the real name is.
i've never made them, but good for you if you do! they look really difficult, so whoever you gave them to or shared them with would surely be impressed.
I made them last year and they were a lot of work and not nearly as pretty. I won't make them again. I would love to know if you are more sucessful! Good luck :)
I just tried to make them. Not a good experince. They tasted okay but were tons of work and turned out really fat. They just looked like rolled cookies instead of sticks. Sad. If you try let me know. I wanna know whAt i did wrong.

If I had time to make these (I didn't even have time to watch the whole instruction video), I would would fill them full of chocolate creme...
