A few days ago we saw the most amazing video on Swiss Miss on how to separate the yolk of an egg from it’s whites. I couldn’t believe my eyes so I decided to give it a try. You know what happened? It worked! So naturally I challenged my brother Richie to a egg yolk separating contest. This is how it went.
