I am so going to try this and let you know how it goes! <BR/><BR/>Aaron and I have baked bread and pizza using the bottom of a large terra cotta pot (you know the tray that the pots sit in?) and they bake up wonderfully!. The terra cotta is way less expensive than a baking stone from the Pampered Chef or Williams and Sonoma.
